Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Complify Learning, LLC collects and uses information when you visit our website, contact us, create an account, purchase a course, or complete learning activities.
Information we collect

How we use information
- Provide free and paid courses and maintain purchaser access.
- Process transactions, taxes where applicable, refunds, and disputes.
- Save learning progress and generate completion records.
- Send transactional account, purchase, access, and support messages.
- Protect the service against unauthorized access, misuse, and fraud.
- Comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use course-learning records to make clinical, employment, insurance, or credit decisions.
Service providers
We disclose limited information to providers that operate the service on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, server functions, security controls, and private course files.
- Supabase provides passwordless authentication and stores account, entitlement, and learning records.
- Stripe processes payments, payment status, refunds, disputes, and applicable tax calculations.
- Resend delivers authentication and transactional course-access email.
- FormSubmit transmits information voluntarily submitted through the public contact form.
These providers may process information under their own privacy terms and our service configurations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Authentication and cookies
Paid-course accounts use one-time email sign-in links rather than passwords. The site stores authentication information in the browser so a learner can remain signed in. A short-lived, HttpOnly course-launch cookie is used to deliver a purchased course and is limited to that course. Blocking required storage or cookies may prevent paid-course access.
Retention
Course-content access normally expires 90 days after a successful individual purchase. We may retain purchase records, completion records, scores, and earned certificates after access expires to provide support, honor certificates, evaluate refund eligibility, prevent fraud, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to required retention periods.
Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections, restricted service credentials, private course storage, server-side authorization checks, and database access policies. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing privacy@complifylearning.com. We may need to verify your email identity and may retain information when required for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Transactional messages necessary to operate an account are separate from optional marketing messages.
Children
The paid-course service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information through the service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
